Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and decorative concrete work.
Estimates and Quotes
All quotes and estimates provided by NextLight Alhambra Concrete are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inspection. Changes to project scope may result in adjusted pricing.
We reserve the right to modify estimates if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project, such as soil issues, drainage problems, or structural concerns that were not apparent during the initial assessment.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Final payment is due within 7 days of project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Project Timeline
We strive to complete all projects on time. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to minimize disruption to your schedule.
Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our work. All concrete installations come with a workmanship warranty. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and vary depending on the type of project.
Warranty coverage may be voided if proper maintenance is not performed or if unauthorized modifications are made to the concrete work.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and for securing any necessary permits or approvals from homeowner associations or local authorities. You must also disclose any known underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other site conditions that may affect the project.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made after work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and labor completed.
Limitation of Liability
NextLight Alhambra Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Los Angeles County, California.
